EN71 compliant spray coating inks for toys

FARBATOY-SPRAY ink is designed specifically for spray coating on toys. These two-component inks are especially effective for printing on toys made of a wide range of materials like wood, plastic, metals etc.

These inks are non-toxic and meet the demanding heavy metals and phthalate test criteria of EN-71 Part-3, BIS 9873 Part 3 and HASBRO SRS-018 and SRS-046 global toy standards. The inks come in eight basic colors. Moreover, various other colors can be manufactured upon request. We have a broad range of color shades for Pantone, HKS, RAL, NCS, and so on. These are suitable for spray coating on toys, feeding bottles, and other items used by children. Inks used for spray coating on toy part printing must not contain toxic or allergenic dyestuffs, toxic solvents, formaldehyde, or APEO. In accordance with DIN EN 71, part 3,they must be free of heavy metals as well as other restricted chemicals and plastics that can enter a child's mouth when playing.
